Meet Honeydeep Singh - Head of HR at Unacademy, who talks about how we are able to meet our penchant for excellence, how the culture of Unacademy stands out from other firms, and about his personal journey so far.

An integral part of our company are our educators, who come from humble backgrounds and are achieving great things. Ashish Bajpai and Megha Khandelwal, both stumbled upon teaching in very different ways but have a similar passion for education. From someone who didn't have access to quality education, to becoming one of the best educators taking courses for IIT-JEE, Ashish Bajpai’s story is one of unending motivation and rigour. Since he was supporting his family, he had to ‘work’ his way through college and he mostly relied on self-study. Megha, on the other hand is an educator whose only goal in life was to empower people through teaching and education.

Our educators always talk about the how unparalleled the joy is when their learners achieve their goals and clear a difficult exam. We are so proud to bring to you the story of Abhishek Awasthi. Abhishek is a self-made person who learnt what it is to become independent at a very young age. His sheer hard work and resilience has helped him clear the UPTET and CTET examinations.
